FC United of Manchester

FC United of Manchester is the champion of the North West Counties Football League Division 1(Level 9 of the English soccer league system). They will be promoted to the Northern Premier League Division One North (Level 8). The club was formed in 2005 by Man Utd supporters, many of whom decided to withdraw their financial support for the club following Malcolm Glazer's takeover. Although the majority of the club's support comes from Manchester and the surrounding area, its supporters club has branches in over ten countries including France, Poland, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. The local cable television station Channel M began a monthly series of programmes about the club, the first of which was in January 2006. Television crews from France and the Netherlands have been seen at the team's matches. FC United's two seasons were successful. FC United entered at the tenth level of the English football league system (the second division of the North West Counties Football League) and they were confirmed as champions on 15 April 2006 and followed that up by being crowned as champions of Division 1 on 18 April 2007 and will play in the Northern Premier League Division One North for the 2007-08 season. Chelsea Days- The adventure of P. Lampard Chapter 1

Chapter 1- I am Peter Lampard...

Peter has just celebrated his 15th birthday! His father bought him a Manchester United jersey kit. His mother bought him a soccer ball too.
"Wow! A world Cup ball! It's the same! I saw it when we went to France to watch the FIFA World cup final!" he exclaimed. All the people in the neighbourhood know he is a super soccer fan. "Time to play soccer!" said Mum.
He plays for the local club, Chelsea Hill Soccer. He plays in the youth league. He is one of the scoring strikers in the league.

Zinedine Zidane's Coup de Boule(song)

Do you remember Zinedine Zidane's coup de boule(French for headbutt) Marco Materazzi at the FIFA world cup 2006 final (France vs Italy)? Some peeps from La Plage Records in France has recorded a French song called 'Coup de Boule'

Lyrics:
Coup de Boule by La Plage Records

l italia sta mal

Barthez n'a rien arrete

(P.S. I can't find the English translation of this song

Restaurant Review:Triple O's by White Spot

Today, I went to the Triple O's by White Spots in The Forum, Exchange Square,Central, HK. It's a Canadian (BC) fast food shop.

I ordered:
Original burger-$29 each(just burger)
Chicken Strips & Fries-$49 each(set, with a soft drink)

Those are yummy food. The fries is delicious and bigger than those in McDon's. The chicken strips are good. They looks like the 'fish' in 'Fish & Chips'.

But the food are EXPENSIVE
Points(Bad-1/Excellent-10): 8
